This unit was purchased for my parents but we've had an identical one for 4 years and absolutely love it. In fact, all our friends have bought this machine after trying out ours. There is definitely more superior coffee quality out there but nothing beats the ease of use and clean up with Nespresso. It's perfect for parents, busy or lazy people who just like to push a button and be done. I can now make coffee with one hand (while holding the baby in the other one) and then simply pop my mug in the dishwasher.
