I've been using my Atomic for a few months now and am so impressed with this machine. The La Sorrentina Atomic Coffee Maker is a the latest version of the Atomic Coffee Machine that has been around since the 1940's. The original design, by Giordano Robbiati has been produce worldwide, with the oldest model's now highly collectable. This version is produced by Ikon Exports in Australia, and is of the highest quality. It pulls great shots of espresso and is marvelous to look at when not in use. Owning one of these and learning the history of the Atomic has been fascinating. I highly recommend this machine.

La Sorrentina Atomic coffee machine is a premium reproduction of "The Atomic" originally designed by Giordano Robbitati in 1947. The Atomic was a stovetop espresso machine introduced during the Atomic Age (1945-1960). This elegant, simple design ensures a trouble-free operation. High polished aluminum finish with cool to the touch Bakelite handles. This coffee machine comes with a cup, filter baskets, holder and instruction booklet. This stovetop machine can be used to make Espresso, Latte, Cappuccino, Macchiato, Mocha, Americano (Long Black), Flat White, Iced Coffee, and hot chocolate. Manufacturered to the same specifications and dimensions as the original Italian-made Atomic. Most replacement parts are compatible with many vintage Atomic coffee machines. Taylor & Ng is the sole distributor in the US.
